Svako ko nosi naočare zna koliko je velik hendikep kada ostanete bez njih.
Težak i mučan osećaj donosi pogled na okruženje, bilo na blizinu ili na daljinu. Zavisi da li nosite “plus” ili “minus”.
Svet odjednom postane zamagljen, a jednostavne aktivnosti mogu postati pravi izazov.
Godine nošenja su me naučile da uvek treba imati rezervne naočare. Možda vas pogodi grudva snega, zakači grana drveta, možda se sapletete na sportskom terenu i polomite naočare. Ponekad ih jednostavno zaboravite kod kuće ili vam ispadnu i polome se.
Moja preporuka je da uvek imate rezervne naočare koje mogu biti i slabijeg kvaliteta od onih koje stalno nosite. Poštedeće vas neprijatnosti i poslužiti dok ne nabavite nove.
Brinite o sebi, uvek, da biste mogli da brinete i o svojim bližnjima. Iskoristi svaki trenutak, zabavi se, makar to bila u potraga za senkom.

Anyone who wears glasses knows how big of a handicap it is to be without them.
The heavy and distressing feeling sets in as you look at your surroundings, whether up close or far away - depending on whether you wear "plus" or "minus" lenses.
The world suddenly becomes blurry, and simple activities can turn into real challenges.
Years of wearing glasses have taught me the importance of always having a spare pair. A snowball might hit you, a tree branch could catch your frame, or you might trip on the sports field and break your glasses. Sometimes, you simply forget them at home, or they slip out of your hands and shatter.
My recommendation is to always keep a spare pair, even if they are of lower quality than the ones you wear every day. They can save you from discomfort and serve you until you get new ones.
Take care of yourself, always, so you can take care of your loved ones. Seize every moment, have fun, even if it's just shadow hunting.
