For my extremely-late entry in Shadow Hunters Community Contest/Show Me a Shadow: Round 379, I'd like to share a handful of photos that I took today in the late-afternoon sun, of the striking pattern of fern shadows cast on the leaves of a nearby bromeliad. The fern shadows only fall on the leaves of the bromeliad at a particular point in the day, so catching them in images today was a bit of good fortune.
What I love most about this set of shots is that the pattern of the fern shadows on the leaves of the bromeliad almost look like tiger stripes, with their interconnecting lines. Pretty cool. I hope y'all appreciate them as much as I did when I took them today! π π π β¨ π€
