It's been a while since I've had a rather uneventful Friday. Between waking up late today and the rush to finish an assignment I didn't know about before it's deadline of 12pm, yes, the day was rather uneventful.
Sometimes such slow days are quite nice as they allow you to slow down and really enjoy your surroundings.
The sun was quite high as you can see. Hence I was dressed with my face cap on and my headphones on loud: me, my music and some shadows.
I quite like this one. The symmetry of the shadow from the frame of the failed walkway cover and the addition of the tree leaves help this picture to earn the top spot in my post today and be my entry into the #shadowhunters contest.
I also tried some filters and different views when taking the leisurely stroll to submit late 😂.
I later did submit, then with nothing left to do, I began the journey back home.
I managed to snag another nice yet faint shadow from the sunset.
And with that my drab Friday came to an end, the sun set and the rain clouds came.
