The day started with a cool and fresh morning; it felt like it might rain. The sun was late in showing up; in fact, as of past 11:00 AM WAT, the sun wasn't still visible.
However, as soon as it was noon, the sun turned scorching, got intense, and the day felt heavy; the air was completely still.
Thankfully, I navigated the day, and on the walk home, my shadow showed up in front of me, leading the way. 😅
So I arrested it by simply capturing it. See how tall I look here. Lol.

This actually made me decide to capture more shadow photos. As I got home, I walked around our compound, capturing plants' shadows in the front yard and backyard.
Here they are
A mini paw paw tree in my backyard garden. It's actually a the male specie. It won't produce fruits.

Yam stems on stakes - my neighbor's garden.

***.

This one has started producing fruit already. There's a water beside the garden that's why the photo turned out this way. I actually hid beside it to take the shot.

You may be wondering why all the paw paw trees, right? It's simple; I, we - love pawpaw. Hehehe.
This was actually a spontaneous shadow hunt. Never crossed my mind to even take photos today, not to mention shadows. Well, some days are like that. Glad I captured some cool shots.
The end! Ciao 😅
