Hello everybody,

Last April 26, that was a Friday, we travelled again but just here with in our City. We went to Carcar City Hall. How many yrs I hav'nt paid our Tax Declaration for Real Property, about three yrs. I was so worried that the penalties were high but so grateful it was not so high, just affordable. Before I went up the City Hall I saw right away this strong shadows of the garden just in front of the City Hall. I went there after lunch about past 12 noon so the sun was up.It was so hot and so many shadows form within the vicinity. I snapped it right away. Happy much looking on this strong shadows.

Yes the penalty is not high. In December I will pay early so I can avail of the discount
