Today, by the will of fate, or rather, at the request of my wife, I found myself in the city center, on the city square. I usually start Saturday and Sunday with a walk, but today this rule was violated by the rain. In the city, I had to wait for my wife for 1 hour while she was busy at her office. The head of the heavenly office decided to give me the opportunity to take a walk and turned down the power of the rain.
When I entered the Square through the bell tower arch, I saw this reflection on the wet asphalt and, of course, decided to share it.
What if I see similar reflections again? That means I'll be ready to catch them.
By the way, the building of the First Public Bank of Russia stands ahead. It's hard to imagine, but such a bank was opened for the first time not in the capital of the Russian Empire, St. Petersburg, or Moscow, but in a small provincial town on December 31, 1810. The founder of this bank was the Vyatka merchant Ksenofont Alekseevich Anfilatov (1761-1820). And he was also the first Russian entrepreneur to open trade with the North American United States.
And what's behind my back? Of course, it's also a reflection.
3 years ago, the bell tower was renovated and the surrounding area was modernized. In particular, old fir trees were removed from this place. There were immediately outraged citizens about this fact of the event, but I think it was the right decision, the trees were old and looked sick and untidy.
I can't get the original and its reflection in a puddle into one frame. To do this, you need a puddle at a distance from the bell tower. But there was no such puddle.
Two days ago, on May 9, our country celebrated the 80th anniversary of the Victory over Nazi Germany.
I managed to walk for no more than 25 minutes, and someone in the heavenly chancellery decided that my walking time was over. I had to go to my car and sit in it until my wife arrived.
