En Venezuela después de el periodo de la dictadura de JUAN VICENTE GOMEZ, vino la presidencia de ISAIAS MEDINA ANGARITA, el cual se dispuso a modernizar caracas, cambiándole la cara con un urbanismo de bella estructura.

Así se hiso una de las urbanizaciones mas bellas la urbanización de El Silencio y Plaza O’Leary, el cual se ve las bellas columnas de hermoso estilo que junto a el juego de luces y sombras se ve un pasillo como si estuviera decorado por el sol y la luz.
