Well for me the most rewarding achievement in this year has been that for more than 6 months I have been doing sports every morning, jogging and doing dance therapy, but the best thing is that I stopped eating junk food and especially piece and hot dogs and hamburger which is what I used to eat daily. Now I try to eat a healthier and balanced diet, I have replaced the soda for natural juices and since I was young I have had problems with my weight, sometimes I look thinner and sometimes chubbier and I usually gain weight easily and especially because I was very addicted to soda, I practically drank it 3 times a day at every meal.and for me this was a challenge, whenever I set a goal to go to the Gyn to do sports or a routine, for one reason or another I ended up giving up.
And I went back to eating junk food, which although it is very tasty, it really did not contribute anything to my health, and yes, you can eat from time to time, but not every day as we did at home.I have noticed that in these months I have improved physically, before I used to play ball with my son and I would get tired, my back would hurt, I would get very tired, now I have more resistance, and even if we deny it, what is good, what we like does not always do us good, sometimes we have to make an effort and make sacrifices not only for us, but also for our
Another great achievement for me is my little sister, she just graduated and for me it is a great pride. When she was only months old, my parents died due to circumstances of life that only God knows and it has hit us hardI had to assume not only the role of sister, but of mother and father provider of the home.Although we grew up with my grandmother, everything became more difficult when she passed away, because she was more intelligent docile and knew how to be a good parentI have always been very strict and protective with my sister because I did not want her to make the same mistakes, but I understood that every stumble is necessary to mature and grow up.That is why I am very grateful to God and to life, because He has always given us the strength to move forward...
