Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. As you journey through life, you get to meet a lot of people, people of different ethnicities and different characters, but in all, we must learn to tolerate them in order to be productive and achieve our goals. For any company or community to be productive, members must learn to tolerate and cooperate with each other; nothing beats working as a team. Company members can be divided and still be productive or attain success, but the success rate cannot be compared to when they all work together as a team.

Working together as a team increases the success rate and puts the team or company in a better position to win. A company stands a chance if the members are cooperative and tolerant towards each other. Definitely, there will be annoying members, members who talk a lot, and a member or two who just possess a character that you do not like, but you must tolerate them.
The truth is, we all have a limit to which we can tolerate people and their character, and whenever that limit is crossed, we ought to react in an unpleasant way. Sometimes we end up regretting our actions, but we were pushed and forced to react the way we did. We just cannot run away from people who are only bent on pushing us beyond our limit, forcing us to react in a way even they would not like, but in the end they play the victim and they paint an image that's not you to others.
At your workplace, you get to meet a lot of people, some jealous, some doing everything possible to buy the favor of those in power, even if it means hurting coworkers and those who always find a way to get on your nerves for no good reason just to get you to react. But how we handle and tolerate everything that's thrown at us at our workplace is what determines the progress of our firm or company.
I once worked at a sachet water producing company, and I came across a lot of irritating characters, even a co-worker who tells on other co-workers just to win the favor of the manager. As workers, we are definitely going to talk, but everything that was said was recorded by this particular guy, and he told everything to the manager. Well, to his greatest disappointment, those involved were not punished; instead, the understanding manager only told them to be careful what they say and who they say it to; not every superior will forgive them.
No doubt, tolerance among coworkers helps increase the success rate for the firm, but while tolerating a coworker for the greater good of the firm, you have to know when to put people in their place and make sure they stay there. Humans have a funny way of doing things; when you tolerate too much, they try to trample you under your feet, so know when to put them in their place once they go beyond their limit.
