Well actually, usually here in the Netherlands when you have this kind of frost, it means the sky is clear because cold and frosty and that means in general when you see these kinds of icy creations...It is going to be a beautiful day!

Yeah, that's what I've observed, so I'm patient when I see the frost upon rising:)
