My sleep is constantly bad and I am running out of ideas on what to try to get some more & better quality sleep x)
I have just bought and received some Blue Light Blocking Glasses to see if they can do anything for me + I also grabbed a bag of mouth-tape.
Some people recommend both as a help to sleep and those are some of the things I haven't tried yet.
Weighted Blanket (7kg)
Memory Foam Pillow
2 Fans for cooling + they act as White Noise.
Redlights before bed.
F.lux on my PC (Removes Blue Light)
Same on my phone.
Eat 3 hours before going to bed.
Take Magnesium Glyciate.
Take Melatonin (3-6g)
No Coffee/Caffeine after (6am - I am up early)
A "Dark" room (This is still a bit of working in progress :c)
Going to bed at 8pm at the latest
I prep food for breakfast and lunch, so I get good nutrition.
I eat 10g of Pistacie Nuts for their natural melatonin(I stopped this)
Get enough water throughout the day.
Did I miss anything?
Alot of those things are second nature to me now, because I have been doing it for so long at this point, so I dont really actively thing about most of those things xD
I am home from The Netherlands and I did bring some CBD Gummies home with me, which is always a treat, they are just too expensive for me to continue to buy them x(
Also, going to start using the mouth tape and blue light blocking glasses and hopefully they can increase my sleep by 1%.
Thats all I am hopeful for xD
I kinda want a new heavier weighted blanket since I have had mine for a few years now and I have gotten used to the weight x) So even though I weight the same, I could use one heavier or a Body Pillow, I heard good things about this.
