Oftentimes, people witnesses collapsed building or are even a victim of it, such weak buildings exist because the contractors in charge used inferior items for building resulting in the collapse of most projects, which might lead to injuries or even death, thank goodness, there were no lives lost, it was just an empty school collapse.
I'm glad the chairman who spear headed the weak project admitted his mistake and built a better and stronger school for the village children.
