A very beautiful thing falling in love is one of the greatest feelings ever. To those who are able to find the one they love and who also loves them are very lucky.
I know the story of two people who were so much in love, but were departed by death. was never their wish but life happened to them and the departure was a very emotional and strong one.
These people didn’t have everything and could not even afford all that the wanted but the love was real.
Eunice got pregnant by mistake when she was fifteen. She was really ashamed of herself but she needs to give the baby life. The so called boyfriend ignored her and denied the pregnancy but after the intervention of their parents, the case got resolved but the guy made sure that they stopped dating and didn’t get back together.
She single-handedly raised this child for over seven years until she met another person. His band is Christopher. Christopher is a very kind mans and he could do anything for Eunice. If he could stop the world for her, he’d surely do so.
So many men may not want to date a lady who has a child and I can’t even count how many times his friends and the people around him mocked him for dating someone who has a child which is mostly called after one.
He turned deaf ears to all they said. A friend followed him to the pharmacy someday to get a cough syrup and tried to raise the matter but it ended the relationship with him and that friend. That’s to show you how much he loved her and he didn’t want anyone to disrespect her.
They eventually got married and had a loud wedding. Truly, there was no money but they were able to do the wedding to the taste of so many people and they got a lot of gifts.
Christopher was always coughing and due to the fact that they didn’t have enough money, he didn’t want to visit the hospital because he feels he would not be able to afford whatever they ask from him. He’s not lying. If he’s asked to bring a hundred dollars, he won’t be able to raise it not to talk of a lot of money. He kept on managing his health condition until he collapsed.
He eventually got rushed to that hospital he was running away from because of money.
Guess what? The doctor revealed that Christopher has cancer. It would have been better if it was at the first stage but no. He’s in the third stage of cancer and if he doesn’t have enough money to buy drugs that can at least sustain him for a while, it’s possible he dies sooner than expected.
During that period, his wife Eunice was tested positive for pregnancy. What kind of life is that?
Christopher’s family tried their best including his wife’s family by making sure that he doesn’t die. They took him to different hospitals, herbalists and may more just to make sure that he survives. They even took him to church. Prayer is the key to everything and it is possible for him to survive if they pray but unfortunately, all their efforts were futile.
Christopher could barely do anything again and his body system was changing already. His looks were changing as well. His wife’s family took her to their house so they can take care of her and the man should go to his family house too. They both need help and it won’t be good to leave them all alone in their house with an eight year old boy who could barely take care of them.
One morning, Eunice started groaning in pain and it was obvious that she was about to give birth. She was rushed to the hospital and her husband was called to come see the child. Christopher could die any moment from that time so his family fulfilled his last wish by taking him to the hospital so he could at least see his child when his wife gives birth.
Unfortunately, life happened to he and his wife. Christopher died when he got to the hospital’s gate. He was about to see the newborn baby but he lost his life right at the front of the hospital. Why didn’t he just wait to see the child? He was so close to see his child but he lost his life.
That was how Eunice’s love story ended. Eunice now lives alone with her two kids of different fathers. Things are harder for her because she can barely feed herself talk less of her kids.
Her life may turn out to be good on the long run but it’s sad that Christopher lost his life when he was close to fulfill his last wish.
