Living the dreams can be described as one enjoying the best moment of their life or at least dreaming about what best moments life can bring. Back then in school betty always wanted to go into school study and socialize and have fun with my friends and other abundances.

But things took a different turn, and she got to school and got too engrossed in schoolwork and got into a church that kept her occupied most of the weekends and she barely had time for my own self in all that busy schedule to live my dream.

So, upon graduating from school and facing the real challenges of the world and trying to make a living she is still saddled with a lot of work and trying to be financially stable. Even on the weekends when she has some time to herself, she barely socializes because this is not a life that she is open to.

Betty actually wants to have the best time of her life , meet people socialize and interact with her peers, deep down she wants to travel to some places to just relax and go out on a date all by herself , go out and watch a movie, do a girls night out with her friends and possibly be in a romantic relationship with someone she loves.

So, betty is working towards going for her nysc and she is looking out for places that will give her better opportunities for jobs and connections and have more time of her own to socialize and mingle with friends.

Fast-forward to when she gets her nysc call up letter and she is posted in Abuja wow she was so excited to go and while traveling she met a lot of friends and also in her camp and work place and she finally got the opportunity to live the dreams that she has always had and she enjoyed her one year in Abuja to the fullest.

Thank you to ink well for letting me share this.

Hi @betheloji12, a heartwarming story related to the contest theme. Truly a dream come true that contributes to personal growth. I liked it. I'm following you for Hiver!

At the end of the day, I am super happy that everything end well for Betty. If it is actually for some people, they might not really have ended well

Wow, I’m so happy she got to live her dream and have fun in Abuja. It’s nice to see things get better after a hard time.

I'm glad betty gets to live her dream. Dreams really do come true, it might take time but they do come true. It nice to see things get better for her. This was such a nice read

Betty is quite an interesting personality. She got into school with the aim to socialize and meet nice and interesting friends, but along the way, she got engrossed with school work and church activities, that resulted her drifting a little from socializing and all that.

However, when she graduated and did her NYSC, she started socializing again and made a lot of interesting friends.

I feel Betty is a focused lady, she didn't want to deviate from what's more important(education), however, forgetting that one can actually get his or her education and still enjoy social life with friends.

Anyway, I am glad that Betty still achieved her social life after her graduation.

This is a very interesting story, it would have been even more interesting if you included dialogue and narrative, plus character settings, that will help to add more flavor to your story and keep the readers intrigued and involved.

Don't get me wrong my friend, your story is a beautiful read. I got captivated almost immediately.👍

My best regards.😊

My best regards.

Thank you
