Life is the most precious thing we have and who would not want to have many years of life but with health, for anyone that is hitting the lottery, I have seen many young people, children, adults die in good years, and one always says died so young, and it is sad to see that life slips away so fast, some did not even have time to live or to achieve any of their dreams and that is sad.

That is why this question of how many years I would like to live, I have thought about it sometimes, and life is short says a saying, but I have also seen people who managed to live for many years, for example my grandmother lasted until she was 100 years old, and the best thing is that until that age she was a healthy person, a fully functional person because even at that age she was still cooking, planting her plants and anything she could.

Thinking about the age I would like to reach, I could say up to 88 years old maybe, of course, but I want to reach that age healthy like my grandmother, in good physical condition, with health and with my mind in total clarity.

I want to see my children grow up, have a family, see them achieve their dreams, and of course see and meet my grandchildren and who knows, even great-grandchildren. Life is beautiful, and I believe that if we could make it longer we would, but everyone has their own time, I don't know how long mine will be, but I would love it to be long.

The plans that I have drawn up in the first place to achieve it physically is to exercise daily, if we keep mind and body healthy we can live a little longer, I always say I do not do exercises to lose or have a figure, but I do exercises to maintain health and to be able to have my bones and muscles in total mobility and coordination, nothing like staying active.


Now the economic part is still not completely covered, only a small part, but we are working on it, on something that generates profitable resources, the important thing is to follow our dreams forward, as long as we are healthy we can achieve everything we set out to do.
