Staying healthy should not be a matter of age, although the question is three healthy tips for a healthy and happy life for people over 40 years old, it is necessary to say that healthy living should start since we are young, and I say this because if we teach children to be healthy, we will see fewer children and adults with diseases that can be prevented from an early age.


Do not consume Sugar or Reduce Sugar

Sugar is one of the most harmful foods, recently I heard on the radio a person who read a book which was written in 1926, by that time they had already said that the most lethal drug for humans would be sugar and that this would bring by the year 2000 children with diabetes, people with impaired attention, heart problems, cancer and other diseases and all these diseases are consequences of high consumption of sugar or sugar consumption daily.

When children are young, the pediatrician recommends that they should not be given sugar, or put any sweetener in their juices, it is us parents who are to blame for the child tasting sugar and its derivatives and learning to eat this food; Unfortunately we ourselves are the ones who damage our body, so it is important to keep in mind that sugar consumption should be something sporadic not something every day. Many specialists recommend especially to people over 40 years old to completely eliminate sugar consumption, it is true that from time to time we all want a sweet, something to sweeten our palate but it is good to do it sporadically and not every day so we can take care of our body a little, so this is my first recommendation to live a healthy and happy life.


Exercising

One of the things that I have always thought is that to lead a healthy and healthy life it is necessary to exercise, and this is any type of physical exercise that people like and motivates them, it can be running, walking, using weights, swimming, it does not matter, any exercise is necessary to lead a healthy and healthy life, many people think that they are already at an advanced age and can not exercise, however if they do their part this will give them greater mobility to your body and can lead a life with less joint pain, less stress and above all healthier.


Take care of our mental health
