We've been working in the garden too. We do not worry too much about keeping the lawn neat and have let it grow a bit. Plenty of weeding to do elsewhere anyway.
I've been drinking some Crown Royal lately. It's not too bad really.

I think I have mentioned it before, but over here if you let your grass grow too long you get letters from the municipality and then eventually fines. Crown is good. It's blended so it has a very smooth feel to it. I don't buy it like I used to, but if someone offered me a glass I wouldn't turn it down. It's interesting how my palate has grown over the years.
Nobody can see our lawn, so they can't complain. I see plenty of places that are more of a mess than ours. I did pull some weeds out the front at the weekend, but we don't have it too neat generally.
