It's really easy for people to opt for foods that are unhealthy, fast food, high in sugar and salt and such things. People tend not to cook as much, in my country anyway, and ready-made food is their preference. I think it's one of the biggest factors to the rising issues around poor health.

That's right, you're right... But with planning it is possible to have a healthy diet, avoiding overweight, which is only the tip of the iceberg.
