Blood In The Streets
Altcoins have been through a rather rocky period. However, it was to be expected, as Bitcoin also experienced a slight decline. Many of my recent posts have addressed the significant impact of a Bitcoin bear market. If Bitcoin flips bearish, altcoins are going to get decimated. We got to see this firsthand in the recent market crash.
Another topic in recent posts has been the death of the 4-year cycle. Historically, we should be drawing to the end of the current bull market. However, altcoins are still valued at bear market valuations. BNB and a few others have managed to buck the trend. However, they are a minority. Furthermore, their gains are limited.
Despite the bleak outlook for altcoins, it’s not all doom and gloom. If the 4-year cycle has become redundant, then altcoins can still rally. Furthermore, altcoins often rally after brutal corrections. The most notable being the crash of 2020. Altcoins still have a glimmer of hope, even if it is just a small glimmer.
Final Thoughts
On the other hand, Bitcoin could flip bearish and initiate an enormous altcoin crash. Either way, the 4-year cycle does not factor into the altcoin market. It may still be respected to some degree by Bitcoin. However, altcoins remain stubborn. These are merely my views and should not be considered investment advice. All the best, see you next time!
