Few days back I talked about which is good for investing for long terms Daily, Weekly or Monthly and I ran the 5 year simulation to find out that. So what I found out that monthly is the best to invest. Now I also tweaked it little bit to find out that monthly investment along with buying the dip is best.
So now I got a comment asking which is the day of the month like 1 to 30 is best for investment. So similar to the monthly I have ran a simulation for last 5 years to find out which day of the month if we invest we will get the maximum benefit.
So what I found out that if you are investing on the first day of the month, you will get the maximum benefit. If you are investing on 10 or 15th you will get the minimum benefit. If you are investing on any other day you will get the same benefit. Now it's not a huge different like, 0.3% between the top and lowest but still if someone wants to increase that 0.3% itself they can invest on 1st day of the month.
And it's not me, I searched and found out ther moneycontrol website also ran the similar simulation and they also found out the same. If you are investing on the 1st day of the month you will get the maximum benefit.

PC: Moneycontrol.com
So this is the above chart which moneycontrol has simulated with 10 years data and it also gives the clear winner that if you are investing on the 1st day of the month you will get richer than the rest of the days. Now if the 1st day is a holiday you can invest on the first trading day of the month which is again equal.
