Optimal distance to the dream.
Sometimes you can see cozy houses that are located very close to the water's edge, and sometimes, even more so, they stand on piles right in the water and this, for a fisherman, looks like a dream.
Our friends once told us how happy they were that their house was by the river and how easy it was for them to breed ducks and geese, you opened the gate and the birds were swimming in the stream all day... very tempting.
But one day, the floods came and the entire yard and the house of our friends were flooded, the losses exceeded all the former joys.
So I think about it, that sometimes it is very useful to be afraid of your dream and think about the optimal distance of your house from the water's edge.
