Combining the incompatible.
I was always surprised how cooks achieved excellent results in preparing delicious things, and by combining seemingly incompatible ingredients.
For example, when stuffing a pumpkin with meat, rice and mushrooms, they add dried apricots, prunes, and cheese.
Separately, yes, it's all delicious, but one day, someone had to take a risk and combine all of this together in a pumpkin.
What's funny to me is that the sweet version of this dish, without meat and mushrooms, is an absolutely losing option for me, which I don't even want to remember, although most of the ingredients scream about the dessert version of the dish.
Below you can see my containers with data that I collect in INLEO and always have quick access to them it is very convenient.
Material thoughts about beekeeping №1
When I visited dense forests, I did not see ideal conditions for bees there, but many beekeepers harvest beekeeping products in such places.
