WELCOME TO LHOKSUKON CITY // My exciting moments in a small town full of stories

in Worldmappin3 days ago

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

Lhoksukon is a small town filled with thick history, a small town which is also the capital of Aceh Utara Regency, this city is in a very strategic place because it is right on the edge of the trans-Sumatra highway. This is about my trip to Aceh Tamiang, the long distance made me have to stop in several areas to rest and the city of Lhoksukon became one of the cities that became my resting place. I can't be sure how far it is from the city of Bireuen, but the trip to this city can take about 2 hours, this is quite a long distance especially if we travel by motorbike

I feel very lucky because when I arrived in this city, the weather which was initially hot suddenly became cloudy, so the atmosphere became cooler and calmer, but I was also worried about the rain, because this city is known to be prone to flooding. When I arrived in this city, I chose to rest at a monument on the side of the road, this monument is one of the monuments that will welcome our arrival in this city.

This monument is located in a small park on the side of the road, a park filled with plants and trees, making it not only beautiful but also a green open space that helps maintain the air quality of the surrounding area. Coincidentally, the monument is across the street, so I had to cross the street to get there.

When I arrived in front of this monument, I immediately felt quite happy because I could see it from a fairly close distance, but there was one thing that immediately changed the atmosphere, namely because I saw a lot of piles of garbage placed on top of this monument building, and occasionally I could smell an unpleasant smell,I still think positively, maybe the trash hasn't been collected considering it was still morning.

However, this mini park still looks quite attractive, the natural atmosphere can still be felt, but this park is right on the edge of the highway, so this park is not suitable for visiting if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere because the noise of vehicles can still be heard quite clearly. The weather that was previously cloudy has now become hot again, making me have to immediately find a shady place to rest, the bag I was carrying also felt very heavy on my back.

Coincidentally, in this park there is also a building that at first glance looks like a tower, but I don't know what this building is.

There was also an empty area in the middle of the building, so I immediately decided to walk there to rest, however, I wasn't alone there, because there were several other people resting, so I felt uncomfortable capturing the moment. I rested there for about 15 minutes, and after my body was refreshed, I immediately continued my journey.

After traveling for about 20 minutes, I finally left the Lhoksukon City area and now I have entered the Panton Labu city area.I continued my journey with a very positive mind, I did this journey alone, so I didn't have a friend to chat with on this journey, but I continued to look for ways to make this journey not too boring, such as singing, but from the direction of the road I saw a mosque building that was quite beautiful and magnificent, because of my high curiosity I finally decided to approach the mosque.

Upon arriving in the mosque area, I immediately looked for a place to park my motorbike, and after parking my motorbike in the parking lot, I immediately decided to start exploring the mosque building, but because my stomach was hungry, I decided to go to a food stall first, believe me, eating is something important in any condition.

To save time, I didn't stay long at the food stall, and after eating, I immediately returned to the mosque area and now it was time for me to start exploring every corner of this mosque.

Of course, this is a very large and magnificent mosque building, believe me, the domes of this mosque can be seen clearly from the highway and that is the reason why I was so curious to approach it, from any angle this mosque still looks beautiful, even from the back.Actually, I really wanted to go into the mosque building, but because at that time I was wearing clothes that were difficult to take off,soI chose not to go in, and I only immortalized every beauty of this mosque from the outside.

If I'm not mistaken, this mosque building has 4 domes and the dome in the middle is the largest dome. After being satisfied with capturing every detail of the beauty offered by this mosque building, I immediately decided to continue my journey, especially since I had to save time because my journey to Aceh Tamiang was still very far.
