In this post, I will share my experience when visiting one of the biggest waterbooms in Aceh Besar, namely Wahana Impian Malaka.There are several things that differentiate this Waterboom from other waterbooms in Aceh, starting from its location to its facilities.This waterboom is located in a hilly area, so to get there we have to pass through several villages and go through uphill roads, what's more interesting is that we can see and feel the natural scenery from the start of the journey.I don't know how far Waterboom is from the city of Banda Aceh, but what is certain is that this trip takes about 40 minutes, which is quite a long journey but still leaves a pleasant impression
Actually, this is a trip that I have long dreamed of, and only now have I been able to make it happen. I really enjoyed this trip, especially when we entered the plantation area,i could see such beautiful natural scenery, and the greenery made me feel very calm.After this exhausting journey, we finally arrived at the Waterboom Wahana Impian Malaka area
Upon entering the Waterboom area, I was immediately greeted by breathtaking natural scenery and atmosphere. That is one of the reasons why I chose to visit this particular Waterboom, because of its location far from the city center.From a distance, I could already see that this Waterboom was built in a very large area, even from the entrance gate, I trip for about another minute to reach the main area.
No, this is not the gate to enter the Waterboom, I don't know what gate this is but what is certain is that this gate is in the Waterboom area.
In the Waterboom area, I also managed to find several strange buildings on the side of the road,these buildings looked like they were no longer functioning and some even only had their foundations left. However, if you look at them from the right angle, these buildings also look amazing because they have a beautiful view behind them.
If I'm not mistaken, I came to this Waterboom at 10 am, but there were already a lot of visitors coming to this place, I knew this from the number of vehicles in the parking area.
After parking our motorbikes in the parking lot provided there, we immediately decided to enter the Waterboom area. But before that, we had to buy tickets first and there was something interesting here, on Monday-Friday the ticket costs IDR 25,000 in Indonesian currency per person, and on Saturday-Sunday the ticket price is increased to IDR 30,000 in Indonesian currency or the equivalent of 14.3 Hive prices currently.
As soon as I entered the Waterboom, I was immediately amazed by everything this place had to offer. From the main door, I could see that there were many pools with various exciting facilities,the clean water made me unable to resist swimming there immediately.
However, my friends decided to rest first, and we simply found an empty hut to rest in. Inside the Waterboom there are plenty of kiosks, food stalls, and cafes,so we don't need to worry if we forget to bring supplies, because almost everything we need is here. There are also many huts here,so visitors don't need to worry about not getting a hut.
The huts here also have differences ranging from shape to decoration, but each visitor can choose any hut as they wish, regarding that we were confused about choosing the hut we wanted to stay in, and after a short discussion we finally chose to rest in the hut beside the pond.
From this hut we can see views of various pools and the facilities inside, the surrounding atmosphere is very lively, the visitors seem to really enjoy their exciting moments in this place.I think a place like this is very suitable to visit with friends or family because it is about happiness and satisfaction together, but visiting this place with our partner can also give a romantic impression, sitting in a higher area and seeing the beautiful views offered by this place.
