Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
For me, rain is a serious obstacle when traveling, especially if using a motorbike, but that is the reason why we must prepare complete equipment when we are going to travel, so that we can more easily get through these obstacles, raincoats are very important to bring when traveling in the rainy season, but in reality the rain only wets and does not hinder, but also causes the trip to feel less satisfying. How can we get through all these obstacles? That is what we will discuss thoroughly here.
This was my trip a few weeks ago, when I visited the most iconic beach in Pidie Jaya city with my friends, during the trip we had to stop often because of the rain, at that time I did bring all the equipment such as a raincoat, but some of my friends did not bring any equipment, that's what made us decide to stop in a shady place to take shelter from the rain.
Another effect of the rain is that visibility is increasingly limited, thick fog appears which makes visibility really limited, we even have to stop in some areas that we ourselves do not know the location, this is also a result of the thick fog. However, this is also a valuable experience for us, especially for me, traveling long distances not only requires strong determination, but we must also be able to consider all the risks that may occur.
When the rain had stopped, we immediately rushed to continue the journey, but in several places, we also stopped at a food stall to fill our hungry stomachs, such as when we stopped at a food stall around Leubu village, Pidie Jaya district, when we stopped at the food stall we saw nothing but thick fog, but when the rain had stopped and the fog began to disappear, we were immediately surprised by the amazing natural scenery that we could see from the food stall.
And from here we just realized that this food stall is located right in a very large rice field area, and this natural scenery was one of the most beautiful views for me at that time, because it displays the atmosphere of a stretch of rice fields that looks very beautiful with towering mountains behind it, there is even thick fog that is still visible on the slopes of the mountains.
However, when the rain had stopped, we had to continue the journey immediately, because it was an opportunity that we should not waste, we had to be very focused when riding a motorbike, the slippery road was also very dangerous if we were not careful. From this area we only needed about an hour to reach our destination, namely Manohara Beach.
The weather on the beach was also very cloudy, the wind from the sea was also very strong, even with this very extreme weather, I didn't see anyone who dared to play on the beach, except for the officers at sea.
What we did when we arrived at this beach was to immediately rest, and some of our friends were also busy drying their clothes that were wet because of the rain during the trip. After resting enough, I started to dare to walk to the edge of the beach, and fortunately some of my friends also came with me
The weather at that time was very cloudy, and as far as the eye could see there was no one on the beach, the wind was blowing very hard, there was a lot of plastic waste on the beach carried by the wind, even many of the chairs on the beach were empty.
Perhaps extreme weather is one of the strong reasons why coastal areas are quiet. But there was one object on the beach that really caught my attention, namely an abandoned wooden boat.
The wind, which was initially very strong, suddenly changed to being very slow, and this incident could also be felt by my friends. I don't know what this natural factor is called, but what is certain is that my premonition at that time immediately became bad.
The weather was getting darker, and suddenly light rain started to fall, making us immediately run to the hut for shelter, and as soon as we arrived at the hut, the rain immediately fell very heavily, and what made me feel scared was the wind that had previously changed to being slow, now changed again to being very strong, this also made all my friends panic, especially my female friends.
Direct visibility was limited, the sea water was no longer visible because it was covered in thick fog, even some of my female friends immediately asked me to go home, but that was also not the right thing to do, and in the end we all agreed to wait for the rain to stop first. This may have been one of my worst trips, but I still don't regret it, in fact it became a valuable experience for me for the future.
The rain fell for about an hour, no one dared to come out of their hut, and as soon as the rain stopped, we immediately became cheerful again, and all my female friends were busy inviting us to go home, there was no other choice but to go home immediately.
Well, those are some pictures and stories from me in this post, I really hope that this post can provide entertainment for all of my friends. All of these pictures are purely my own, I took this picture using an Infinix 10 Pro cellphone and edited this picture using the Lightroom application.
