King Jeumpa Monument // Visiting some of the most memorable places in my life

in Worldmappin2 months ago (edited)

Good afternoon to all my beloved hive friends♥️

No matter how big we grow, no matter how far we travel, we will never forget some of the most memorable places in our lives. Some of the places we visited when we were little have meaningful stories and histories, be it sad stories or happy stories, it all happened so fast and now we can only remember them.Well, on this occasion I want to visit several places that used to be the most memorable places in my life, because I miss my very happy childhood.

I took the time this morning to visit some of these places, I made this trip alone because I wanted to enjoy and remember every story that has been presented in this story. First of all I went to the most historic monument in my area, namely "Raja Jeumpa"

This is the monument of King Jeumpa which was built to commemorate the services of the king who once led the Jeumpa Kingdom. According to several statements from local residents that I managed to ask, the Jeumpa Kingdom was established in Aceh around the 7th century AD, and its territory covered the current city of Bireuen. However, I did not find the right person to ask about this history in full, because several people I managed to ask only knew a little about the history of the Jeumpa kingdom, but this monument still stands strong today and is the most historic monument in my area.

And this place became the most memorable place in my life because when I was in 1st grade of high school I experienced an incident that I still remember until now, namely I fell off my motorbike at an intersection right in front of the monument, and several people immediately lifted me up and took me under the monument, that's where I was pensive seeing the grandeur of this monument building, until several members of my family came and took me to the hospital, so until now if I pass that monument I will definitely remember that incident and make me smile.

And after stopping for a moment at the King Jeumpa monument, I immediately continued my journey to several other memorable places in my life.

And I also visited an irrigation channel that was always full of water, and that irrigation channel became a place where I often spent the afternoon swimming there, until now the atmosphere in that place is not much different from before.

I and some of my friends used to go to this place to swim, the clear water that continues to flow in the irrigation area makes the atmosphere very exciting, plus the surrounding scenery is really beautiful with vast expanses of rice fields and several plantations owned by local residents clearly visible from that place, to be honest it's been a long time since I visited this place, and my day didn't take a little time to visit this place again, and until now this place is not much different.

The atmosphere is still very beautiful with very natural beauty, making anyone who visits here will definitely feel at home with the beauty offered by nature in this place, in the past there were many people who visited this place with their families to do some activities such as grilling fish and spending time together there, and also many people who swim in the irrigation channel, well that's what makes it different from now because now this place looks very quiet.

And this irrigation channel is one of the water sources for farmers around the place because the water can be distributed to the rice fields, and it can also be seen that around the rice fields there are also many rice plants that grow very fertile, that is the second most memorable place in my life that I visited today.

And after spending a few minutes there, I immediately continued my journey to several other places.

And in the middle of the journey, I stopped because I saw the beautiful natural charm that was displayed before my eyes, then I took the time to take several pictures of the natural beauty.

The view shows a very wide expanse of rice fields with rice plants in them, I was very amazed by the presence of several electricity poles in the middle of the rice fields, its beauty made me feel happy.

After taking some pictures, I immediately continued my journey. I also wanted to visit one of the schools where I used to go to school.Because the distance was still quite far, I immediately sped up my motorbike so I could get to the school quickly.

This is a junior high school, and I also went to school there, but when I wanted to go up to grade 2 I moved to another school due to several factors, I visited this school because this school stands on a hill which makes the atmosphere of this school different from other schools, and when I arrived at the school gate I immediately went in and walked around the school.

This school building stands on a hill so that several walls are made to support the ground so that the school does not collapse, and that is also one of the beauties of this school, but this school is located in the interior of the village so this school has slightly lacking facilities, and what makes this school very memorable in my life is because when I was in school I managed to get 1st place in school and that was an extraordinary achievement for me at that time. and I also experienced an incident that was very detrimental to me, namely my leg was broken when I was playing volleyball on the school field, and that became a silliness that I remember until now

This is the volleyball court that once broke my leg when I played volleyball there, but when I went to school here, the building near the volleyball court didn't exist yet and I'm sure the building wasn't built long ago, so I spent quite a long time exploring every corner of this school which made me nostalgic for the past.

Well, those are some of the most memorable places in my life that I visited today, and there are still some of the most memorable places for me that I haven't visited, and I will visit them another time. Hopefully this post can provide entertainment for all of you.
