Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
Believe me, traveling for up to four hours is very tiring, and this is what I experienced when traveling around tawar sea,Takengon. On this trip, I had to experience two cramps in my thigh muscles to unbearable pain in my spine, because on this trip I was the only one riding a motorbike, there are many reasons why I didn't tell my partner to replace me to drive a motorbike, one of which is the road that is passed is very extreme, because there are many bends and climbs, so to reduce the risk of unwanted things happening, I chose to continue riding a motorbike. On this trip we also had to stop at several areas to rest, and this was intended to restore and relieve fatigue. In this post itself I will share an experience and moment at my last rest at a food stall that is still on the edge of tawar sea, or often called Teluk Mandale. Of course this is a very exciting thing for us to discuss here.
The most memorable moment in my journey around this tawar sea was when I arrived at the pier village or often called Bintang Kala village, in that village I had the chance to stop by my friend's uncle's house, we spent about 2 hours there, there were many things we could do in that village such as accompanying my friend's uncle to the rice fields to harvest mustard greens, to cutting grass for horses in the rice fields, in those 2 hours I managed to get a lot of experience which of course gave me a lot of useful knowledge. But there was one thing that made me very sad, namely I couldn't capture the moment, because when we arrived at my friend's uncle's house, the cellphone battery was low, so I chose to charge the cellphone first, of course there were many exciting things and moments that I didn't have time to capture, so I can only remember them.
After everything was finished, we immediately said goodbye to my friend's uncle to continue the journey, but at that time we chose to go around several corners of the village first while enjoying the natural panorama offered by this place, and after that we immediately continued the journey to go around the tawar sea again.
Because we had rested for a long time at my friend's uncle's house, so our energy had recovered, besides that we realized that our journey was still very far away, so we made the best use of the time. On this trip we rarely stopped by the side of the road unless there were some objects that looked very interesting.
I took the time to stop for a moment on the side of the road to capture this natural beauty, the expanse of blue fresh sea with a mixture of green land makes this view look quite beautiful, some of my friends were already far ahead,so instead of being left far behind, I did not linger in this place.
And because on this trip we had very rarely stopped so without me expecting it suddenly I experienced the initial symptoms of cramps in my thigh muscles that felt very tingly, and not long after finally the cramps were very pronounced which made me really hurt at that time, I also chose to take a short break on the side of the road to recover the leg cramps.
But I can learn from one of my brother's comments on my post 5 days ago, @vanje said that I have to drink less coffee, and that is a very true thing considering that I am currently very addicted to coffee, even I can spend 6 cups of coffee a day, for my future health, then I have to reduce it from now on.
After the cramps in my thigh muscles recovered, I immediately continued my journey, and at this moment I told my partner to take pictures of the natural beauty on the side of the road that we were passing.
The road we took was also quite far from the tawar sea, so all I could see was the expanse of green trees and mountains on both sides of the road, and on this road I could also smell the very fragrant aroma of nature from the flowers that grew wild there, the sound of birds chirping also accompanied my journey, so this journey was very amazing.
And after traveling for about 20 minutes, finally the cramps in my thigh muscles came back again, but at this moment the cramps didn't feel so painful, so I could still bear it, but to reduce the risk of unwanted things happening, I still chose to stop for a moment on the side of the road.
I just realized that I was already very far behind my group, finally I had time to tell them and said that I had to stop several times on the side of the road to recover from the cramps in my thigh muscles, hearing that statement made all my friends panic, but I still told them that everything would be fine, and I suggested that they just wait for me at the food stall, so they were the ones who looked for the food stall as our final resting place.
And after a few minutes, they immediately sent me their location, and it turned out to be true, they were already very far ahead, and after the cramps in my leg muscles recovered, I immediately continued my journey. After about 15 minutes of travel, I finally almost arrived at the location, and it turned out that they all stopped at a tourist spot called Teluk Mandale
This is a coffee plantation that is right in front of the tourist spot, and after that I immediately entered this tourist area with full satisfaction.
When I arrived there, I immediately parked my motorbike in the parking lot provided there, and the parking lot was free and there was no charge whatsoever.
And after parking my motorbike, I immediately entered the tourist area, and my partner immediately walked towards the food ordering area to order food and drinks, while I immediately walked towards my friends who had been waiting for us for a long time.
And this is where we spent quite a long time, we shared exciting stories and some strange stories that we experienced during our trip around tawar sea, everything felt very enjoyable, moreover we could also see very beautiful natural scenery from this place.
And not long after that our order arrived, because my stomach was very hungry, so I immediately ate it first.
This was just a stopover or a place for us to rest for a while and not my main goal or topic, so after everything was finished, we immediately packed up all our equipment and decided to continue the journey again.
And before I actually left this place, I took the time to capture some of the beauty this place has to offer.
And the distance from this place to the city center of Takengon is not too far anymore, most likely it will only take about 30 minutes to get to the city center, and the trip around the tawar sea is almost finished
And these are some of the natural views that I managed to capture before I actually arrived in the city center.
