Good night to all my beloved hive friends all ♥️
This is a trip that I took on my fourth or last day in Banda Aceh city, as I said in my previous post, when on vacation to Banda Aceh city, I often spend time in the city center, but that doesn't mean I never travel to the outskirts of the city, I do this to get a different atmosphere and experience, hearing the words suburbs and city center is very different, let alone the atmosphere, and this is what we will discuss in this post.
Let's start
I had planned a vacation to Banda Aceh for a long time, and I set my vacation time for only 4 days, because I thought that in those 4 days I could visit many tourist attractions or parks in the center of Banda Aceh, but on the last day there, I had a little bad luck, because that day I woke up late, so many places I wanted to visit were delayed, but in the remaining time I had, I immediately used it to go for a walk to the outskirts of the city.
I made this trip exactly at half past two in the afternoon, and as usual I made this trip using a motorcycle taxi, I did this to make it easier for me when I arrived at my destination later. Honestly, I don't really remember the way there, and at that time I only trusted the motorcycle taxi driver and I also didn't know for sure the name of the area I wanted to visit, but my uncle often called this place by the name of the suburbs, and I'm also not sure how many meters away it is from the city center, but what is certain is that it only took me about 20 minutes from my uncle's house to get to this place.
Arriving at my destination, I immediately paid the motorcycle taxi fare and started walking, hoping to find interesting places. After walking for about 5 minutes, I finally arrived in front of the pen monument.
This monument is located at Mesra intersection or more precisely at the northern tip of Banda Aceh city, although the distance is quite far from the city center, this monument is on a very strategic road or a public road that is often passed. This pen monument is about 17 meters high but I can't be sure how wide it is exactly.
I tried my best to capture the beauty of this monument perfectly by photographing it from several different angles, but at that time I chose not to explore this monument further, because the time I had was very limited. After walking for about 15 minutes, I finally arrived at a bridge that connects the city of Banda Aceh with Besar Aceh, and this bridge is called the Krung Cut Bridge.
According to the information I obtained, this bridge is about 300 meters long, and when I crossed this bridge, I saw a lot of beauty starting from the architecture of the bridge to the natural beauty of the river below it.
After I successfully crossed this bridge, I also managed to find a park located right on the right side of bridge, fortunately there was a footpath that could lead to the park, but when I was walking along the footpath, I stopped again because I was attracted by the beauty offered by the side of the bridge, so I decided to capture this beauty first.
The distance from the bridge to the park is probably only 150 meters, and it only took me about 3 minutes to get there, from outside the fence, we can immediately see the monument or wall with the nameplate of the park.
But the entrance to the park was still 50 meters ahead, and it only took me a few steps to get there.
The shape of the entrance looks very unique, so it made me immediately curious about the conditions inside this park. As soon as I arrived inside, I immediately felt the natural atmosphere which was so calm, because in this park there are so many lush trees.
The condition inside the park also looks very clean, so it provides a very pleasant atmosphere. In this park there are also several paths that lead to the main area or a monument that has many chairs around it.
Seeing the monument, I immediately walked towards it, but when I arrived in front of this building I was immediately confused whether this was a monument or just an ordinary resting place, let's give your opinion about this building.
In my opinion, this is not a monument but rather a building that was deliberately built as a place to rest, this can be seen from the chairs surrounding the building, and it also has a roof. And coincidentally at that time I was also very tired, so I immediately made this place a place to rest, but at that time all the supplies that I had bought at the beginning had run out, so I had no choice but to go find a shop to buy some supplies and after that return to this building to rest while eating.
This place is very quiet, the shady trees also provide a cool atmosphere and the sound of birds chirping sounds very melodious to my ears, the noise of vehicles on the road is also not heard at all in this park, so I can rest to my heart's content.
Well, those are some pictures and stories from me in this post, I really hope that this post can provide entertainment for all of my friends. All of these pictures are purely my own, I took this picture using an Infinix 10 Pro cellphone and edited this picture using the Lightroom application.
