I spent about four days of vacation in the city of Banda Aceh, I have visited many places, except for some places that were not on my visit list, in those four days I spent more time in the city center, taking an afternoon walk while stopping at several city parks was a very enjoyable thing for me, besides being able to see new views I also gained a lot of useful knowledge and experience from the history of the city.
After saying goodbye to my uncle, I immediately ordered a motorcycle taxi as my means of transportation to the city center, I chose to use a motorcycle taxi service to make it easier to explore the city in detail, so I don't have to bother looking for a parking space to park my motorbike, I only need a motorcycle taxi service when I want to go and when I come home, the rest of the time I choose to walk.
When I was about to go to the city center, I told the motorbike taxi to go through the road at the five-way intersection of Banda Aceh city because I wanted to see a very beautiful monument that was right in the middle of the intersection.
We stopped because of the red light, and this is the condition of Banda Aceh city on a normal day, there are many community activities that can be seen, the crowds on the streets also make the atmosphere feel very noisy, but traffic jams are very rare here, so we don't need to worry, except on big holidays.
After the green light came on, we immediately continued our journey, but the beauty of this monument really caught my attention to capture its beauty.
According to the information I got from the motorcycle taxi driver, this monument was built around 1995, but the shape of this monument has changed several times, but the motorcycle taxi driver did not really understand the purpose of building this monument, what is certain is that this monument is in a very strategic place or right in the heart of Banda Aceh city, so this monument will definitely be enjoyed when someone wants to go on vacation to Banda Aceh city, because they will definitely pass this road.
From this monument, it only took me about seven minutes to reach the main location of Bustanussalatin Park. Once there, I immediately paid the motorcycle taxi fare and continued the journey on foot.
This is the main object that we can see when we are in the main area of this park, there are many colorful pillars stuck in the ground, but according to the information I got from the residents there, the pillars were the initial foundation for building a luxury hotel, but until now the construction of the hotel has not been continued and the cause is unknown, now we can still see the pillars and they even look more attractive with the addition of colorful paint.
In the afternoon, many people come to this place to take pictures, the poles are a very interesting background for taking pictures, I myself really like it, but at that time I didn't have a friend who could be asked to take my picture, so there was no other choice but to do it myself.
From these pillars I only need to walk a few steps to get to the main building of Bustanussalatin park.
According to the information I got, this building used to be the Bustanussalatin Park Museum, but now this building is no longer used as a museum, but the beauty and grandeur of this building are still maintained so that its beauty can still be witnessed today.
And this is the back, you can see on the walls of the building there are very beautiful carvings and ornaments, I like the design of this building. However, this is all we can see in the back area of this building, and it will be much more surprising when we explore the front.
However, when I walked towards the front area, I managed to find a very interesting object, namely a water gallon jug that was quite large in size, but is it still functioning?
Judging from its appearance, it is likely that this water jug can no longer be used because some of its parts are damaged. After that I immediately walked to the front area of this building.
This is what the garden in front of this building looks like, the place is still beautiful because there are many trees and several ornamental plants that further beautify the yard of this building, and in every corner of the garden there are also trash bins so that this garden looks very clean from plastic waste.
Maybe the person who designed this place really cares about visitor satisfaction and this can be seen from the smoking area.
Cigarettes are indeed very enjoyable for smokers, but cigarette smoke is a problem for those who do not smoke, so with this place, visitors will not feel disturbed by the problem of cigarette smoke caused by smokers.
Not only that, in this park there is also a children's playground, so many visitors come to this park with their families, and I can only witness their happiness.
And now let's focus on the front of this building, so this building has two floors, and from the front area we can go up to the second floor by going through the main stairs in the middle of this building.
I didn't want to waste time and went straight up to the second floor. When I arrived at the second floor, I didn't find much interesting stuff, except for a few chairs.
Even though I didn't find many interesting things on the second floor, I wasn't disappointed, because from up here I could see many beautiful views that I couldn't see on the first floor.
What a beautiful view I can see from the back of this building, I can see the colorful pillars that I have previously explored, and the magnificent tower of the Baiturrahman Grand Mosque can also be seen from this building.
And this is the beautiful view that we can see on the front side of this building.
From this view I can also see almost all sides of the park, and it seems that this park has a fairly large size, and according to the information I got, Bustanussalatin Park has an area of more than 2 hectares and this is a fairly large park size.
Because the sunlight was so hot that I couldn't stand to stay on the second floor for long, so after I felt satisfied I immediately rushed back down to the first floor, when I arrived downstairs I immediately planned to rest on some of the chairs in this park, but when I was walking towards the chairs I accidentally looked towards one of the monuments and made me immediately curious about a monument, so I immediately approached the monument first.
I didn't get any information about this monument, so at that time I just took a picture of it, and after that I immediately walked back to the chair to rest.
