Hola Hivers y a todos en la comunidad #worldmappin. Un gusto escribirles hoy acá sobre mi última experiencia de viaje.
Comúnmente todos van de vacaciones a la playa, la cual personalmente me encanta, pero muchos buscan opciones de disfrute un tanto diferente y que los acerque a la naturaleza. El objetivo de mi post, por tanto, es mostrarles un lugar que brilla por mérito propio y que constituye una de las opciones más atractivas de mi localidad.
La provincia de Matanzas, Cuba, posee una rica variedad natural; su flora y fauna la hacen hermosamente atractiva, lo cual sumado a sus exquisitas playas la convierte en un destino turístico ideal.
Si hablamos de riqueza natural en Matanzas, el lugar gastronómico-recreativo llamado "La Arboleda", ubicado a 15 kilómetros de la ciudad, es de las opciones más competentes dentro del territorio.
Como ya había mencionado, esta vez no hablamos de playas sino de ríos, específicamente el río Canímar; el cual destaca por lo limpio de sus aguas que nacen desde un manantial el cual puede visitarse en una excursión en lancha.
La Arboleda posee espacios amplios para jugar fútbol, basket, volleyball o cualquier otro deporte, pequeñas sombrillas con sillas y mesas para compartir en familia, diversos restaurantes y puntos de ventas de gastronomía, un puente con artículos de recreación acuática como kayaks simples y dobles, botes, bicicletas acuáticas y una pirámide inflable.
La flora y fauna es diversa, se pueden observar árboles frutales como guayaba y mango así como la característica palma real cubana. Hay todo tipo de aves y peces en su hábitat natural. La belleza aumenta para los arriesgados que deciden navegar río abajo y disfrutar de un panorama alejado de lo humano y más cercano al mundo animal.

Most people go on vacation to the beach, which I personally love, but many are looking for slightly different options that bring them closer to nature. The aim of my post, therefore, is to show you a place that shines on its own merits and is one of the most attractive options in my area.
The province of Matanzas, Cuba, has a rich natural variety; its flora and fauna make it beautifully attractive, which, added to its exquisite beaches, makes it an ideal tourist destination.
When it comes to natural wealth in Matanzas, the gastronomic-recreational spot called “La Arboleda,” located 15 kilometers from the city, is one of the most compelling options in the area.
As I mentioned, this time we are not talking about beaches but rivers, specifically the Canímar River, which stands out for its clean waters that originate from a spring that can be visited on a boat trip.
La Arboleda has large areas for playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, or any other sport, small umbrellas with chairs and tables for families to share, various restaurants and food outlets, a bridge with water recreation items such as single and double kayaks, boats, water bikes, and an inflatable pyramid.
The flora and fauna are diverse, with fruit trees such as guava and mango, as well as the characteristic Cuban royal palm. There are all kinds of birds and fish in their natural habitat. The beauty increases for the adventurous who decide to sail down the river and enjoy a panorama far from humans and closer to the animal world.
