Hello all my friends
A few days ago I and a friend of mine decided to go around the city of Bireuen. A city located in the province of Aceh, Indonesia.
We started the journey in the morning around 11:00 WIB, where we started from Peudada which is also one of the sub-districts located in Bireeun city, enjoying a pleasant travel atmosphere.
Well...
At that time when I was going around the city I managed to take some pictures to be able to share at this meeting.
Then after being satisfied with going around the city of Bireuen, I also had time to rest at one of the famous stalls in the city, namely "Sate Tubaka".
There I ordered some food with the aim of increasing my stamina after being tired from walking around the city of Bireuen and not forgetting that I also had time to take some pictures there, considering that Bireeun is also famous for its cuisine.

At the beginning of our journey, we started from our hometown which is in Peudada, a sub-district located in the city of Bireuen as well, and that time on the way, the expanse of rice fields graced our eyes and I didn't forget that I also took some pictures.
After traveling for about 20 minutes, we reached the city of Bireuen, and I took this photo on the Banda Aceh road towards Medan.
The city of Bireuen has an extraordinary architecture, my friend can see in the buildings that I have taken that the architectural buildings of the city follow the Dutch colonial era, different from the buildings of the city in general in Indonesia which relatively skyscraper buildings decorate the city.
Regarding the traffic in this city which is not too dense and not too quiet, then this city in my personal opinion has a very pleasant atmosphere.
And the picture above is a picture of TUGU SIMPANG IV KOTA BIREUEN.

This city used to be nicknamed "Kota Juang". And according to the information I found in the old people there said that Bireuen used to be the third capital of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) that survived a week, after Yogyakarta fell into the hands of the colonialists during World War 2
Then from Tugu Simpang empat in Bireuen we decided to turn left.
Which road is the road to Kuala Raja tourist attraction which is one of the popular tourist attractions in the city of Bireun, but the purpose of our going to that road is to take some pictures, and one of them is a picture of Batee Kureng Monument and to see Taman Pendopo in Bireuen.

Batee Kureng is one of the big rocks located in the middle of Bireuen city.
Which the monument symbolizes the courage and strength of the Bireuen community in the past.
We continued down the city and on the way we also found some buildings and one of those buildings was a mosque.

This city is also known as the city of a thousand mosques, one of the reasons is because in the city of Bireuen there are many mosques with extraordinary architecture.
And on the way around the city we also stopped at one of the mosques in the city.
There I had time to take some pictures so that I could complete the post on this meeting
Finally before we decide to go home, I think exploring Bireuen is not only a matter of enjoying the stunning natural scenery, but also a matter of experiencing a culinary heritage rich in flavor and tradition.
from that we decided to stop at one of the famous stalls in the city, namely tobacco satay, there we ordered some food with the aim of hopefully reducing our tiredness in going around the city of Bireeun.

Bireuen is one of the cities that is famous for its culinary and I have proven all that with the culinary taste.
