I came back and my mind was worried. I couldn't even stayed in my room. I went to the sitting room and hope to join Sammy and Evelyn in watching our favorite TV series - The Super Story.
A few minutes later, I wasn't enjoying what was going on. Even though Evelyn and Sammy kept laughing and mimicking the characters in the play, I wasn't excited about anything at all.
I left the sitting room and went to the kitchen. I tried to put on the cooker and make a little pasta. Then suddenly, I heard the voice of Mum behind me. I didn't know that she had been watching my reactions and my mood ever since I came back from the football show.
“John, is anything the matter?”, Mum asked.
“Mum, never mind”, I responded.
Then I heard a chorus of laughter from Evelyn and Sammy.
“Maybe, Chelsea have been beaten today in the Champion league”, Evelyn made mockery of me.
“What an illusion! Son, don't tell me that's true! It must be a nice illusion”, concluded Mum.
