Nada fácil el tema, cuando se valora una critica como constructiva, cuando no nos hace daño, cuando aprendemos de ella. A veces nos duelen cuando nos llegan y más cuando son de amigos o parientes cercanos. Se nos vuelve como un puñal hincado en el pecho.
Nadie quiere recibir criticas pero sin ellas no crecemos, es la realidad, no acomodamos el paquete, no iniciamos un nuevo mundo con valor para todos.
Tenemos que aprender a recibir las criticas y no pensar tanto en ella, sino con el solo objetivo de sacarles provecho, mirando que es lo que esa persona me quiere decir, es de valor lo que me indica o esta simplemente molestándome.
Nadie quiere las criticas en su vida, pero la realidad es que a veces se vuelven necesarias esas contrapartes, sacar provecho de lo que recibimos puede ser nuestro mejor proyecto. Aprender es lo más valioso que tendremos en nuestras manos, aprovecharlo esta en la posición que asumas en la vida.

Looking criticism in the face
It's not an easy subject, when we value criticism as constructive, when it doesn't hurt us, when we learn from it. Sometimes it hurts when it comes to us, and even more so when it comes from friends or close relatives. It feels like a dagger in the chest.
Nobody wants to receive criticism, but without it, we don't grow; that's the reality. We don't adjust, we don't begin a new world of value for everyone.
We have to learn to receive criticism and not dwell on it so much, but rather with the sole objective of profiting from it, looking at what that person wants to tell me. Is what they're telling me valuable, or are they simply bothering me?
Nobody wants criticism in their life, but the reality is that sometimes those counter-arguments become necessary. Taking advantage of what we receive can be our best project. Learning is the most valuable thing we will ever have; harnessing it depends on the position you take in life.
