After a brief mix up with the order, the other waiter stepped in and sorted it out with steady composure. He moved with a quiet sense of purpose and made sure we had everything we needed. His attention to detail grew sharper after the mistake, and he offered a level of service that felt almost protective of our experience.
As we prepared to leave, he thanked us, apologized once more, and wished us a pleasant night . His swift response and steady manner gave the evening a sense of balance again. Because of his handling of the situation, I will give the restaurant a high rating. They earned it through his conduct and the way he restored the meal to a pleasant experience.
