Many can say that they do not know how to paint but a matter of fact is that everyone is a painter of their own life. Some might say they can't paid the life to what they want due to various circumstances, while some others would be staring blankly into the empty canvas not knowing what to paint.
No matter how, we will need to be the painter of our own lives, every stroke and every colour is being painted by ourselves though at times it could be influenced by others. And this is the same for our career. The career we have while can be influenced by how our leaders view us, is still up to us to decide. If some leaders don't view us valuable to their organization, there will be others whom treasure us. Do not get involve in politics just to get favour, with more blacks on your drawing, you will find it hard to paint properly in the future.
Keep it vibrant and stay away from darkening it.
