Cycling is one of the best sports anyone can take part in. The same also goes for motorbiking. But you need a helmet to participate in these riding sports. That was the situation Janet found herself in when she visited her bossom friend Katie.
In her years in the high school with Katie Janet never rode a bicycle let alone making sports with it. But that fateful morning having watched her friend and kids exercise with their bikes she was tempted to give it a trial. "Pass me the helmet", echoed Janet to her friend Katie as she stopped by to take a few drinks.
Katie looked at her, a bit surprised, but after a while she handed one to her friend Janet and instructed her older son Dwayne to hold and guide Janet and she tries her first cycling.
