Dwayne has been in the city for over a decade now. He has no dwelling home in his hometown befitting his new found status. Now that he has a huge occasion coming up at home his friends and political associates will visit and then know his place for sure. He needs to do something about that, and on time too.
Dwayne contracted Julian to build a modest house for him. He does not want a humongous building at his home town. He knows too well thàt he won't be staying therein for a long time. The cost of maintaining such an edifice without people living in it makes him think twice about the house project.
Finally he decided to build. He contacted Engr. Stonewill for the job. Stonewill gave him the total cost and Dwayne paid.
Few weeks after he visited the project site and saw work going on smoothly thereat. He was happy. However, when he got to the railings and balcony protestors he saw that Julian was using aluminum frames for them instead of pure metals and glasses. Dwayne was not happy at that moment.
Thereafter he called Julian who he had been away for days from that building site. Julian manages to return the missed phone calls and explained right away that the aluminum frames were better than the one earlier agreed upon. Reluctantly, Dwayne accepted but left the site thereafter.
His subordinates already knows what he has in mind.and his next line of action. They felt for Julian because they know that his job in the building site is already over.
