I always feel drawn to more integral practices, like various expressions of yoga, capoeira, energetic excercises, movements and excercises that I've created myself, among others. For physical exercise, I always make sure to balance training strength, flexibility, agility/coordination, and endurance/stamina. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Yes, exactly, it's very integral, since it incomrporates aspects of music, song, dance, ritual, martial arts, and acrobatics, into one extraordinary synergy. It sculps your body just by training, and not just strength, but equally flexibility, agility/coordination, and endurance/stamina too. The unpredictability the dance aspect is what makes it so dangerous. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
