I don’t like common holidays; in my opinion, most of them are meaningless. For example, New Year - a simple change of dates in the calendar - why people consider it obligatory to stay up, eat and drink almost all night - I don’t understand... And in general, I don’t understand why you need to rejoice at something because “it’s customary”, but I have to participate in at least some part of these actions
