This is #wednesdaywalk #16 of 2025, and for this week I took a bike ride over to the Park - again and....
I saw the little "Tri Colored Heron" again, and it's definitely #aliveandthriving ! It was like it was waiting for me!
And slowly it began to lead me upstream,
Here it was giving me a glance to make sure I was still there,
And another look,
Here it is so proud! He is happy I followed him - and didn't hurt it! It has something to show me, it's favorite fishing hole!
And then it showed me that there is plenty of fish there for us both!
Here it is showing me,
And here it turned around so I could see it was not frightened of me and I should eat too!
All I can say is "Wow"! This is the first bird I have seen to act in this manner and I do feel privileged - so special!
I did take quite a few more photos, to be honest. I hope these are enough to let you know that I have made a "bird friend"!
Well, I stayed around awhile and then left and let the Heron eat. I do hope I see it again!
Something totally unrelated but still interesting is late yesterday evening I went back out and caught a few photos of the Moon in the Clouds. I think they look interesting and wanted to share them as well so...
This is the first one, looks like a "Cosmic Splash",
And this is the second which came out more like a "Cosmic Swirl",
Beautiful to see when your looking up at night!
And that was it for this Wednesday!
