Today is the second to the last midweek of the month of April. Spring is here and farmers in this part of Africa are busy planting their different crops. Almost every day the rain keeps pouring leaving some streets that are not tarred unaccessible. My street is under construction so it is not easy to get out these period.
In this hot season, drinking water shops will sell well
Coolness helps to relieve the heat. This week, the weather at my house is hotter than usual. A good way to relieve the heat is to shower more often and drink cold water from the refrigerator. My house does not have an air conditioner, only a fan. In this hot weather, a fan does not help much because the wind that blows is not as cool as the air conditioner.
Alive & Thriving Fifth Anniversary on this Midweek
Happy midweek 🎉 Today marks the completion of my fifth year since I joined the #iamalivechallenge back in the days when Erik first started the challenge. Since then we've seen many folks come and go. I'd say it's pretty sad at times but then I suppose that's life.
Everything starts with you, you being alive is a special gift so you don't need to set anything for a special occasion. Take care of yourself so that you will start feeling better, appreciate every day you get to live because life is really short and it will be wise to make sure you are living the best of it and be appreciative, there will come a time when you will wish you have more time but it will be a surprise to you when you find out that the time is far spent and it is not reversible so use your time wisely.

The weekend is almost here and I'm super excited about that. Knowing that my weekend is usually a busy one, I decided to start some of my activities scheduled for the weekend today to afford me enough time to rest. After my morning routine I went to see how my garden is fairing. Weed has already invaded it having left it for so long unattended to. I had to take my tools and do some weeding there.
Hello friends! I am alive and scrubbing my apartment clean today. I got a wind, so I went on a cleaning bender. Gotta make hay while the sun shines when you're a spoonie.
