This is my entry to the Hive Learners weekly contest.
Holiday is coming. No more morning bells, no more teachers teaching teachers. Goodbye, scholars. Goodbye. I am going to have a jolly holiday. This song for those that still remember it is really an amazing song we always sang during our primary school days while going for holidays. You see, this holiday, no matter how little, is always a great thing for us all, so enjoyable. A day you know that you won't go to school or work, just stay home and do that which we are supposed to do. We are singing that there won't be morning disturbances to us in the name of waking up early in order to prepare for school. Also, there won't be teachers to teach us for the moment, and we are bidding ourselves farewell to enjoy our holidays.
By God's grace, my next holiday is after school. It's really been long since I took a long break. Even up to today, I was telling someone that for me, after school is rest for a little while. Of a truth, I really need the rest to calm down my nerves from school and its related activities. This rest is really needed, and by God's grace we can always come back stronger than we were before.
My plan is to travel from school back home. Reaching home, at least the full-time relaxation has already started with me. I don't have any big plans, really, for the holidays, but by God's grace, as things go on, we will see. I would still want to make a little trip to see my grandma and still enjoy it with them. Also, going around to the west won't be a big problem.
The holidays are for me and my family members. I plan to just travel and stay with them and do everything that I am supposed to do with them. We can go out to any place in which we would want to go together. But I would say that friends are still not excluded in the picture, maybe in case it pops up. A friend being around and still hanging out won't really be much of a problem; all are still part and parcel of the relaxation that we are talking about.
The holidays, by God's grace, lasting two to three months, won't be a big deal. I really want to calm down before facing the realities that really await me. Hive is here already, more like a business with much fun and inspiration that can still keep me company. I have been in school since January, and by God's grace, we are ending July, and in August, we can start traveling, so it has been a very long seven months, and a beautiful long break is still needed.
Holidays are coming, and we really hope for the best as they are already around the corner.
