This is very true 👍 There are people who would claim once they have their own home, they will take care of it, whereas, they are living in a rented apartment and wouldn't do the simple act of picking nylons on the floor, but littering everywhere with their dirties. You can't be something you weren't before you have money because it doesn't change anyone, it only enhances your once upon a time nonchalant attitude.
