Painful.

Life always happens ya'know. You father is a far sighted man and I respect that a lot. He saw what was coming anf I think he was prepared for it knowing fully well that you will be able to cope and lead the family in his absence, which was probably the reason he came to see you in the farm to say his goodbyes.

I can relate to how hard it was for you but till tomorrow, i will say hat your dad is a hero for helping you prepare for his departure. These are the kind of people I admire.

I love this perspective. Honestly, his words that day in the farm helped me to prepare my mind for his departure in no small measure. His death came as something that he already informed me about. It helped me to cope with the pain better.
