Oh my goodness, that was a tough time @lightpen . I can imagine what you went through with your friends. It's difficult to focus on school activities when there's nothing to eat. It's unfortunate that you fall sick when you tried to do the job.
I am curious to know how you guys later survived in school?

It was really a though time. A stomach without food can't aid the brain to learn anything.
It was like two days later that my sister was able to send money to me. My mum and James' brother later sent us money too. That particular experience wasn't quite often. It was just that we couldn't get help from any side within those days.
