That's very true, Parents cannot always be right. I am both a daughter and a Mother and many times my Son also corrects me on things, which I heartily accept and learn from him new things as per the new generational times. It's sad they did not go with your advice, probably they have learnt this time though they may not accept it, but with that, next time they will surely listen to you
