Apart from the military, I don't see the much need for this invention because the negative impacts are more. It is important to consider the ethical implications and societal impacts of certain technological advancements.

        Omo.... when it comes to governments, ethics is not really a strong suit. They do what they want and when they want to.

              That's just the problem. They only do what they want and want the rest to accept it or leave.
