That act of opening door without looking behind is very risky. Unfortunately one could just do it especially when you are absent minded. I once fell victim to a passenger that opened the door to a car and I walked up to the door at the same time. The upper edge of the door hit my chest. I nearly went unconscious. I thanked God that there was on fracture.
