You are very right in everything you say brother. It is a vicious circle and only someone brave can break it. It was hard for me to understand that hate existed, I come from a family and a childhood where I only received love, but it is out there and it has attacked me several times. Thank God I have been able to overcome that and I have learned to surround myself with the right people with elegance, and let others go when suspicions start hahaha.
