RE: Is This What Science Has For Us?

I completely agree with your thoughts about the current state of science and technology. It breaks my heart too to see how some fields have made significant strides while others lag behind, and it seems to be a matter of priority.

The amount of funding and resources allocated to military research and development is staggering, and it's true that the technology produced from this research has likely prevented wars and saved lives.

However, it's also concerning to see the rapid advancements in fields like AI and robotics, particularly in areas that could have negative impacts on society, such as the creation of droids for sexual gratification.

We must prioritize research and development in areas that have the potential to make a positive impact on society as a whole like the fields of medicine and healthcare you mentioned

I share your hope for a future where terminal illnesses are a thing of the past, and where everyone has access to affordable and effective medical treatments.

When it comes to military, they'll always get funding simply because it gives them power. Pleasure will always be a booming business because people will always pay top dollar for sexual gratification.
We just need to set our priorities right, because this is getting out of hand.
